Lots of states have pretty jailbabes, but check out Texas. hee haw, even the jail babes have beauty contestant hair. Wyoming - just one lonely jailbabe - no competition anyway.
As for LuLu - had never heard of her. That was a trip down memory lane - go go boots hahaha. Those boots are more or less the same now, but with the accompanying mini skirt.
